Ooey Gooey Protein French Toast

Ingredients:

- 3 slices Sara Lee 45 calorie bread

- 2 servings (92g) egg whites 

- 10g of your favorite protein powder

- 1 serving (2 TBSP) from your favorite jar of Macro Butter (we used Fruity Crunch)

- splash of milk (I like to use almond milk)

- pinch of ground cinnamon

 

Instructions:

- Heat your non-stick pan 

- Mix the eggs whites, protein powder, and milk in a bowl

- Add pieces of bread to the mixture and coat each side.

- Put pieces of bread in to non-stick pan and flip until both sides are golden brown.
