Protein Apple Cinnamon Muffin Toppers

Ingredients & Directions:

1c oat flour

- 1 egg white

- 2 TBSP plain Greek yogurt

- 2 TBSP cinnamon, ginger

- 1/2 tsp nutmeg

- 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder

Mix with a small amount of water until thickish consistency achieved (about 1/4 cup). Mix up & refrigerate for 10 mins

Apple Toppings:
- Prep your apples by dicing them & toss them in a skillet on low with cinnamon & a drizzle sugar free maple until tender ~10 mins

Then take a cupcake tin & add a tbsp of the diced apples to the bottom spread out evenly then add 1 tbsp of the fit mix to the top of the apples & spread out

Bake for 15 mins & top with Maple Cinnamon Bun Macro Butter!
